Update * Asked for another room. Found dirty clothes(not ours) under the bed. Then the shower handle fell off when we tried to turn it on. Finally got the water running and the little pull nob to turn the shower head on wouldnot work .so bath only...😑. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room. Attended apologized and gave me a new room. I didn't ask for a discount or anything and non was offered. Will I stay here again?Probably not. There are better places to stay for the same price that also include breakfast.Rooms need updated. I wouldn't really consider it "elegante" anymore. Service is good but everything shows its age now

Os funcionários são ótimos. As áreas comuns são adoráveis. A localização é boa. Os quartos são antigos e precisam de atualização, mas as camas são muito boas.

A equipe é fervorosa! Quartos limpos e confortáveis com camas confortáveis. Recomendo vivamente este lugar. Eles têm um solon completo. The staff is wounerfull ! Clean rooms comfortable with comfortable beds . I Highly recommend this place. They have a full solon . They offer full body massages ,manicures ,pedicures, facials , and full body skin rejuvenations. The staff there is second to none ! Very professional ! I had a small issue with a bathroom fixture in my room. I called the front desk told them about my issue ! Within 15 minutes the maintenance man was knocking at my door . And he showed up with the new part .He was done within 10 minutes The beautician who cut my hair gave me a haircut just as good as my barber has been doing it for years ! If you're ever in Odessa Texas for a few days are just passing through you should definitely check this place out ?.They also have an House restaurant with room service and I must say the food is good also!

Excelente servicio, buffet, buen sabor, el menudo para la gente que gusta, está súper. Es difícil encontrar un buen menudo.awui lo encuentra, el servicio un poco alto, pero vale la pena, buen ambiente, variedad de alimentos, almuerzos, lunch.

Eu amo o Eleganté. Como comissária de bordo, estive em alguns hotéis “legais” em todo o país. Normalmente uma marca de rede, como Marriott ou Crown Plaza. O Eleganté vence todos eles. Em primeiro lugar, as camas. Você já dormiu em uma nuvem com as proporções certas de maciez e firmeza? Então você saberia como é dormir nessas camas. Em nenhum lugar, e quero dizer em todo o país, durmo tão bem quanto aqui.Em segundo lugar, mas não menos importante, a equipe é sempre simpática e prestativa.Terceiro, realmente não há muito o que fazer ou ir ao redor do hotel, então eles garantem que sua comida seja de primeira qualidade. Precisa de um pouco de preparação? Visite o salão e spa da casa, também de primeira linha, usando os produtos Aveda. Precisa malhar? Eles atualizaram suas instalações de fitness para ficarem bem acima do seu geralmente lamentável "ginásio" de hotel.Se você estiver vindo para Midland Odessa por qualquer motivo, eu recomendo este hotel.

É um hotel antigo, mas muito agradável e confortável. Eu nunca durmo bem em hotéis e não tive problemas aqui. Restaurante confortável, surpreendentemente bom, excelente serviço ao cliente. Os aquários e a área da piscina também são muito interessantes.

Its an older hotel, but very nice and comfortable. I never sleep well in hotels and had no issues here. Comfortable, surprisingly good resteraunt, excellent customer service. The aquariums and pool area are really cool features too.

I love the Eleganté. As a flight attendant, I have been in some “nice” hotels across the country. Usually a chain brand, like Marriott or Crown Plaza. The Eleganté beats them all. First off, the beds. Have you ever slept on a cloud of just the right proportions of fluffiness and firmness? Then you would know what it’s like to sleep in these beds. No where, and I mean across the entire country, do I sleep as well as I do here. Second, but no less important, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Third, there’s really not a lot to do or go to right around the hotel, so they make sure their food is top notch. Need a little primping? Well stop in at their in house salon and spa, also top notch, using Aveda products. Need to work out? They’ve upgraded their fitness facility to be well above your usually pitiful hotel “gym”. If you are coming to Midland Odessa for any reason, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nós viemos do Novo México para uma visita de uma noite e sem reserva antecipada, conseguimos um quarto com cama de casal por um preço extremamente razoável. Eu nunca tinha ficado aqui antes, mas vim para alguns eventos. O hotel é facilmente um dos mais bonitos de Odessa. O serviço foi excepcional e o quarto era muito espaçoso. A piscina exterior estava aquecida, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. O restaurante era ótimo, o bar era ótimo e o serviço era maravilhoso. Ótima estadia!

We came in from New Mexico for a one night visit and with no advanced booking, got a double bed room for an extremely reasonable rate. I had never stayed here before but came for a few events. The hotel is easily one of the nicest in Odessa. The service was exceptional and the room was very roomy. The outdoor pool was warmed, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was great, the bar was great, and service was wonderful. Great stay!

Eu estava visitando uma família que estava hospedada lá. Eles tinham um quarto espaçoso com banheiro para deficientes físicos que era muito bom. Fomos para o barco de camarão para um refresco e eles tinham os melhores anéis de cebola que eu acredito que já comi. Parece que este restaurante também pode acomodar grandes multidões. Se você não quiser pedir fora do menu, eles também tinham um bar de saladas.

I was visiting family who were staying there. They had a spacious room with handicap bathroom which was very nice. We went to the shrimp boat for some refreshment and they had the best onion rings I believe I've ever eaten. It seems that this restaurant can also accommodate large crowds. If you didn't want to order off the menu they also had a salad bar.
