My wife and I hosted our wedding at this resort and brought over a lot of our friends and family to celebrate our union. We spent a lot of money as a whole at this resort so it saddens me to have money stolen out of our suite the day after our wedding. Our wedding package included breakfast in bed however, after never receiving this service we went down to the spoons restaurant to get a quick meal. After returning to our room we realized our money was gone and our suite had been completely cleaned by housekeeping. A report was made and we were told that the investigation would take 72 hrs. The customer service has been horrible. We haven’t received any calls from management, no follow up, etc. I do not recommend staying at this resort. I wouldn’t even trust leaving my suit case in the room. Next thing you know your whole luggage will be missing with no answers. Also, we noticed that the sheets had stains in them. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day so there is nothing they could do about this. Minha esposa e eu organizamos nosso casamento neste resort e trouxemos muitos de nossos amigos e familiares para celebrar nossa união. Como um todo, gastamos muito dinheiro neste resort, então me entristece ter dinheiro roubado de nossa suíte no dia seguinte ao nosso casamento. Nosso pacote de casamento incluía café da manhã na cama, no entanto, depois de nunca recebermos esse serviço, descemos ao restaurante colheres para fazer uma refeição rápida. Beautiful resort! The atmosphere and vibe were spot on the moment we arrived. Traveled with a group of 16 and check in was not bad. Food was okay. Drinks were great. Our experience couldn’t have been better without our driver Sheryl who really showed us a good time. Non stop laughter and we learned so much. She made us so comfortable she almost felt like family. Much appreciation to her. Estância linda! A atmosfera e a vibração estavam no momento em que chegamos. Viajei com um grupo de 16 e o check-in não foi ruim. A comida estava boa. As bebidas eram ótimas. Nossa experiência não poderia ter sido melhor sem nosso motorista Sheryl, que realmente nos mostrou bons momentos. Risadas sem parar e aprendemos muito. Ela nos deixou tão confortável que quase se sentiu como uma família. Muito apreço por ela.

This place was really nice. All inclusive. The pools were amazing. The room really nice( big walk in shower) jetted tub on the balcony and king sized bed. The food was good and we also had access to the adjacent hotel and amenities there. I would definitely come back Este lugar era muito bom. Tudo incluído. As piscinas eram incríveis. O quarto realmente bom( grande caminhada no chuveiro) banheira de hidromassagem na varanda e cama king size. A comida era boa e também tivemos acesso ao hotel adjacente e comodidades de lá. Eu definitivamente voltaria

This place is gorgeous. Made my first time in Jamaica a blast. People are great. If you really want to have a great time always see Tamara and Samantha. Those 2 made my trip. So friendly and full of laughter, made me feel at home away from home. Este lugar é lindo. Fez da minha primeira vez na Jamaica uma explosão. As pessoas são ótimas. This resort is beautiful. The staff, bartenders, and servers are amazing. The atmosphere and entertainment was absolutely top notch. The resort could work on the LONG check in line in the lobby, running out of tablets for every room , making sure the outdoor tub is clean, and running out of certain tequilas or vodkas before 4pm. But it was a fun vibe there for the most part. Food was pretty good as well. It was also great having access to Secrets amenities as well. TIP: Enjoy the pool and beach parties. You will not be disappointed with the entertainment. Este resort é divertido. O entretenimento à beira da piscina é o segundo conhecido. O resort pode trabalhar na longa fila de check-in no lobby, ficando sem tablets para cada quarto, certificando-se de que a banheira externa esteja limpa e ficando sem certas tequilas ou vodkas antes das 16h. Mas era uma vibração divertida lá na maior parte. A comida era muito boa também. Também foi ótimo ter acesso às comodidades Secrets. DICA: Aproveite as festas na piscina e na praia. Você não ficará desapontado com o entretenimento.

Todos os membros da equipe são muito legais e divertidos de se conviver.Tivemos uma viagem incrível, meus únicos problemas que tivemos estão abaixo. - Quase nenhuma opção sem glúten. -Faltou entretenimento durante o dia. -Piscina estava muito fria -Banheira de hidromassagem nos telhados levantava e deixava adesivo branco pegajoso nas roupasalém dessas poucas coisas, Breathless foi incrível, cada quarto tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego, o quarto era lindo e o acesso aos segredos realmente dava a você um bom retorno.

First of all the place is very clean and very nice. Beautiful location with the water right next to it and everything. We arrived at few minutes late because our flight from Chicago was late. So we sat down with the concierge and was told that our room wasn't ready yet. So they asked us if we wanted to get something to eat while I room was prepared. It was past lunch time and we hadn't eaten yet so we agreed. We went to lunch which took about 30 minutes and came back and our room still wasn't ready. We had on Chicago clothes and were dying to get into some shorts or something cooler than what we had on. We sat and waited for another 20-30 minutes before we were given our room keys. We get escorted to our room by a bellhop and our room was upgraded to Preferred Status from a Junior King Bed Oceanfront View to a room on the 1st floor where we had a view of the pool. They said to come back the next day to check and see if any rooms had come open but we decided to stay where we were since we had already unpacked but we were very disappointed.

Spent a brief time at this amazing hotel and , I genuinely, have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were pleasant and helpful especially the front desk crew, the various restaurant staff and pool attendants always made sure you were doing okay and remained comfortable. The room.....what can I say !!! With the view at night and the early morning, and just the all around layout of everything, the hotel lived up to its name. Would definitely visit again when I get the opportunity. And, I've already started recommending. Cheers, Breathless !!

Breathless is not beachfront however its expansive pools are gorgeous. There is beach access at Secrets, which is next door, and a short walk. Breathless rooms are beautiful with state of the art technology that controls drapes lights, and other room amenities. There are a couple of high quality specialty restaurants there reserved for Breathless hotel guests however they have access to Secret food services and restaurants. Breathless has a scenic rooftop that faces the harbor where yachts and incoming cruise ships embark/park.

Vacation recently at this property. Not our first AM property. The property is beautiful and i really liked the option of the access to the Secrets property. Rooftop views beautiful. However i did not like that guests were told to tip by the workers (let me do so freely, once the service is good I have no problem doing so). Several times we reported the safe and the phone in the room were not working. After calling a fourth time from personal phone to get missing items, lady at the front desk answered and responded in a very unprofessional manner; she told us mechanic would come to fix, however they never came. Towels for the pool was very scarce and they never made an effort to try to get more for each station we went to, this was approximately 4pm in the afternoon. Cocktails served with dinner was not made well. (Too sour etc.) Dinning for lunch each time, almost half the menu they never had available for the pool restaurant by the Secrets side. Entertainment team on the property was very interactive and they made it enjoyable. Again it's a beautiful property but the service of the team was disappointing, really hoped to have had a better customer service experience.

La estancia en este hotel ha sido un mal sueño. Fuimos en nuestra Luna de Miel y desde que llegamos todo fue una decepción. Nos hicieron esperar unos 45 minutos en la recepción porque no encontraban nuestra reserva (a pesar de llevarla nosotros), un detalle curioso es que no tuvimos ningún detalle de bienvenida por luna de miel, pero esto no tendría importancia si no le hubieran sucedido una serie de detalles: La limpieza de la habitación dejaba bastante que desear, para que repusieran el mini-bar teníamos que llamar, al igual que para el cambio de toallas. ¿En qué hotel hacen la habitación y no reponen toallas? Por irreal que parezca casi todos los días nos decían que no tenían toallas limpias... con lo que teníamos que esperar. Los albornoces no los cambiaron en toda la semana. Por otro lado, pagamos por una habitación superior con vistas al mar y al llegar allí nos dimos cuenta que no existían las vistas al mar, el hotel no tenía playa y todas las habitaciones tenían vistas a la piscina. y por último, la comida ...era ridícula: mini croissants con mayonesa y chakca, mini hamburguesas...no había una simple carne o pescado, por no hablar de que no tenían pan, es más, sacaban pan de hamburguesa porque no sabían a qué nos referíamos al pedir pan. Por último, hemos venido muy indignados porque hemos tenido la sensación de quese han reído de nosotros, intentando hacer una reserva para una excursión, nos han dado hasta tres precios distintos en el mismo hotel (ninguno bajaba 200€ por persona el transporte...), con lo que vinimos de vuelta sin ver Jamaica. Los paises cercanos como México, Cuba,... están mucho mas preparados para recibir turismo, la atención es mucho mejor. Al llegar hemos hecho una reclamación en la agencia, hemos venido muy disgustados.

Acabo de regresar de mis vacaciones en Breathless hoy y no podía esperar a escribir mi Reseña. Me quedé muy impresionada con Breathless, el personal, las habitaciones, el servicio en general ... todo excepto la música. La música es la única razón por la que no daré 5 estrellas. Techno "house" música desde el momento en que me desperté hasta tarde por la noche me llevó loca .. Si la cultura, la comida y el ambiente jamaicano no es lo que la gente quiere cuando vas a Jamaica deben visitar otro lugar.

La limpieza en general es muy mejorable. Escasos accesorios en el baño, al menos comparado con cualquier otro hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas. No es normal que no repongan las toallas ni el papel higiénico diariamente, alegando que se han quedado sin ellas. El servicio de habitaciones es muy lento, en una ocasión llegó a tardar hasta dos horas.Es el primer hotel en el que he estado, en el que es el huésped quien tiene que estar pendiente de avisar para que repongan el mini-bar. Calidad-precio no merece la pena en absoluto. Reservamos habitaciónJunior suite con vista al océano y al llegar allí,vimos que absolutamente todas las habitaciones tienen vistas a la piscina yla montaña, es un engaño.
