Se Hospedaram no Rooms Ocho Rios Páscoa 2018 fim de semana. Na chegada, recebi um quarto no No primeiro andar, próximo a uma porta de saída, bar e área de piscina, solicitei uma mudança de quarto e recebi outro quarto algumas portas abaixo. Primeira noite foi desconfortável devido ao quarto parecia sujo. Também estava úmido e almiscarado.Eu dei à instalação 3 estrelas porque sua equipe foi além para garantir que as necessidades dos hóspedes sejam atendidas. Agradecimentos especiais a Nicole na arrumação por sempre estocar panos, travesseiros e toalhas extras, e por limpar bem o meu quarto todos os dias, o que tornou as noites seguintes muito mais confortáveis.O café da manhã de cortesia é composto por muffins, frutas, torradas, cereais frios e café / chá. Embora as fechaduras sejam antigas e algumas quebradas, havia segurança de plantão 24 horas. Eu me senti seguro depois da minha primeira noite e meus pertences não foram roubados. No geral, Rooms está localizado em uma área excelente, mas precisa seriamente ser atualizado.

Os quartos é o pior lugar que já fiquei. Eu reservei tinha um quarto com vista para o mar - havia uma grande cerca e barreira, a decoração do quarto é da idade das trevas - nenhum cobertor fornecido, o Wi-Fi não é muito confiável, 1 minúscula barra de sabão, me senti insegura. O cofre estava quebrado, o quarto não estava muito limpo, os móveis danificados, o quarto datado - cheira a mofo no banheiro e a equipe não atendeu o telefone. Eu não conseguia dormir - o aparelho de ar condicionado estava super alto.

Definitivamente não é o mais requintado, eu provavelmente daria 3 estrelas e meia, já estive aqui várias vezes porque é acessível e você pode definitivamente ficar aqui quando estiver fora da cidade ou apenas quiser relaxar um pouco, eu sinto que recebe uma má reputação, mas com o preço e a idade que não é justo, os quartos parecem ser um saco misto e espero que com os novos investimentos que chegam, que devem ser melhorados. A praia é essencialmente uma praia pública que você pode pagar para acessar, então espere os moradores locais se você estiver visitando como turista, espere uma experiência relativamente jamaicana, fica bem na cidade de Ocho Rios e fica a uma curta distância de quase tudo. A experiência da equipe pode ser um sucesso ou um fracasso, tive experiências agradáveis e experiências menos que agradáveis, então sua atitude certamente afetará como sua experiência será, se você for e desejar se divertir. Rooms é uma acomodação pitoresca de bed and breakfast. É confortável, mas tem espaço para melhorias. Perturbador! Ficai longe deste casebre, o que ainda me dá arrepios foram as toalhas usadas por quem tinha passado a noite anterior. Corredores de estilo "brilhante" levando a quartos muito tristes. O desconhecimento das recepcionistas bate todos os recordes até a hora estabelecida. Se você sentar à mesa no café da manhã ou no jantar eles vão te depenar.Também há acesso à praia com vista para a fábrica de bauxita.

Rooms is a quaint bed and breakfast accommodations. Its comfortable but has room for improvement. There's a pool bar that allows for in house chill spot and the pool steps out right onto the beach which is perfect. The lifeguard will assist you with beach chairs, setting them up for you in the location of your choice

With affordable prices for accommodations, beach access, a mini bar, an on-site restaraunt, great location, and a pool; Rooms has the potential to be a great resort. However, it's lack of cleanliness, expensive drinks, and service from the workers make it a semi-unpleasant experience.The rooms are moderately clean. They make sure to have house keeping clean the rooms daily; however, if you are a stickler for clean spaces, the cleanliness of the bathroom with bother you. The tubs are not properly cleaned. In addition, they are very stingy with the rags and towels. Some days we were without rags or had to reuse the same towel from prior days.The prices for the drinks at the mini-bar are robbery. You pay heavily for the convenience. I suggest bringing your own beer or purchasing it nearby and only asking for a cup of ice.The workers don't seem motivated to be hospitable. Finding a waiter for the on-site restaraunt feels like fishing. And the bartender at the mini-bar sucks his teeth when you approach him for a drink when he doesn't feel like making it.

Poor customer service. Spoke with Debbie in reservation, she gave us one price and told us we don't need to make reservations on the phone just ask for her when we arrived. When we went to check in, clerk at front desk told us Debbie was gone and gave completely differentprice. She didn't try to help us. We left and went to better resort down the street with better customer service.If there was less than 1 star, that's what they deserved.

Rooms is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I booked had an ocean view room - there was a big fence and barrier, the room decor is from the dark ages - no blanket provided, the Wi-Fi is not very reliable, 1 tiny bar of soap, I felt unsafe. The safe was broken, room not very clean, furniture damaged, dated room - smells old, mold in the bathroom and the staff did not answer the phone. I could not sleep - the air conditioner unit was super loud.

Definitely not the most exquisite, I’d probably give it 3 and a half stars, I’ve been here multiple times because it’s affordable and you can definitely stay here when you run out of town or just want to relax for a bit, I feel it gets a bad rep but at the price point and age that isn’t fair, the rooms seem to be a mixed bag and I expect with the new investments coming to it that should be improved. The beach is in essence a public beach which you can pay to access so do expect locals if you are visiting as a tourist, expect a relatively Jamaican experience it is right in Ocho Rios town and is walking distance from just about everything. The staff experience can be hit or miss, I’ve had pleasant experiences and less than pleasant experiences so your attitude will certainly impact how your experience goes, if you go and desire to have a good time you will. The service was absolutely poor, if you want to stay somewhere nice in Ocho Rios, stay at moon palace. Only good thing about this place is the beach front.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is located on a public beach that is supposed to close at 5pm. However, the security sleeps at night and is hardly ever manning the gate to the beach. You will be hustled all day and night every night. You can not sit on your balcony without being harassed by hustlers on the beach. From the moment you wake up until you got to bed. We had locals from the beach attempt to open our patio door at night while we were sleeping due to the hotel security sleepingall night. You are only given coffee for your room on the first day. Management refused to give us coffee after the first day. There is never any ice in the ice machine. No desk help after 11pm every night. They do not feel the need to staff the hotel desk after that time. Only one of the hotel staff even spoke to us to give us dining ideas and he was fired 4 days after we left for being too friendly to us. No refrigerator in the rooms. The patio door fell off 3 times and we repaired it ourselves. There are no closets in the rooms. Only sheets on the bed. No comforters. The beach is not safe at night. We hired our own security for the week and paid for the individual to stay at the hotel. This was the worst experience of my life! The staff are not friendly and make you feel uncomfortable the whole time. There are no patio chairs on the balcony.

Se trata de un lugar divertido y relajante ideal para quienes desean disfrutar unos días dentro de Jamaica, para poder vivir la aventura al máximo te recomendamos: llevar zapatos de agua para escalar con más comodidad las piedras de río, ropa realmente cómoda y una toalla porque seguro te vas a mojar con las aguas de la cascada, este es un monumento natural que todos debemos visitar. Mi primera vez dentro de este hotel fue espectacular, el lugar es más que aseado, la habitación estaba listaal momento de llegar al local, el ambiente era excelente pero lo mejor es el desayuno continental incluido dentro del paquete.

Stayed at Rooms Ocho Rios Easter 2018 weekend. On arrival, I was given a room on the first floor next to an exit door, bar and pool area so I requested a room change, and was given another room a few doors down. First night was uncomfortable due to the room appeared dirty. It was also damp and musky.I gave the facility 3 Stars because their staff went above and beyond to ensure their guest needs are met. Special thanks to Nicole in housekeeping for always stocking extra wash cloths, pillows and towels,and for giving my room a good clean each day which made the next couple of nights a lot more comfortable.Complimentary breakfast consists of muffins, fruits, toast, cold cereal and coffee/ tea. Although the locks are old and some broken, there were security on duty 24 hrs. I felt safe after my first night and my belongings were not stolen. Overall, Rooms is located in a great area but it seriously needs to be updated.
