Outdoor bbq nights were spot on, in a great setting. Out little one loved the kids club which took her out of the sun for 2 hrs a day and gave us some chill time. Super clean, super green and every staff member was exceptional.

Gostei muito do hotel, a limpeza dos quartos é perfeita! Muito limpo em todos os lugares! Foi-nos atribuído um quarto de categoria superior à reservada, há muitos guarda-roupas e prateleiras para arrumação no quarto, há ferro e tábua de engomar. A área é bonita e confortável. Mas é claro que é chato para as crianças, há um bom playground sob o dossel, e trampolins, bilhar e tênis são gratuitos. A praia é muito bonita, larga, a água é limpa! Uma das melhores praias. Tudo no hotel está dividido em zonas, existem zonas para adultos onde não são permitidas crianças, é muito cómodo. A comida no restaurante principal não é ruim, eu não tinha verduras suficientes, havia apenas 2 a 3 tipos. E peixes brancos como robalo ou dourado.A equipe é simplesmente maravilhosa, embora nos comentários eles tenham escrito que tratam os russos mais ou menos, não percebemos, todos estão se esforçando muito. Estive na Turquia muitas vezes e este é o primeiro hotel que eu voltaria!

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la limpieza en las habitaciones es perfecta! ¡Muy limpio por todas partes! Nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior a la reservada, hay muchos armarios y estanterías para guardar cosas en la habitación, hay plancha y tabla de planchar. El área es hermosa y cómoda. Pero, por supuesto, es aburrido para los niños, hay un buen parque infantil bajo un dosel, y los trampolines, el billar y el tenis son gratuitos. La playa es muy bonita, amplia, el agua es limpia! Una de las mejores playas. Todo en el hotel está dividido en zonas, hay zonas para adultos donde no se permiten niños, es muy conveniente. La comida en el restaurante principal no está mal, no tenía suficientes verduras, solo había 2-3 tipos. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. All inclusive - has good options for drinks - some premium spirits like Jack Daniels or JW Black label are included, but if you order cocktails specify what spirit to use as you will get no label brand instead. THE FOOD - generally we found that the Buffet restaurant was the best of the included ones. You have 3 dinners per week you can book in an a la carte setting, but they were not particularly good. Seafood restaurant was our least favorite dinner - e.g. the menu says "shrimp and crab tempura" but they use fish sticks instead of crab (they have little to no crab meat). The octopus was too chewy and hard, no one really enjoyed that meal. Turkish was a little better and the Italian dinner was probably our favorite of the 3. Generally, you will always have something to eat :) Slightly odd opening times where between 11:30 and 14:30 you can only get snacks - when I'm on a holiday I don't particularly focus on time keeping, but we got by. ACTIVITIES- were quite good, book archery for the next day at 5pm exactly as there is only 8 spots and it gets booked within a minute of being released - tool us a while to learn this trick. There's also water polo, volleyball sessions, etc. Quality varies as sometimes it is swarming with kids and not particularly fun for an adult. Random tip: the bowls were cats eat are often enjoyed by hedgehogs at night - nice to do some animal spotting especially if you're with kids. Tip 2: bring a towel when going for the beach, almost every time they struggle to keep up with people taking towels so you will walk back to get one from the pool of you don't do it in advance. Tip 3: leaving tips makes a huge difference in the quality of the service you will receive - exchange some cash into smaller notes so you could Tip more often - there are a lot of staff members to Tip;) WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING GREEN CANYON EXCURSION. Unless this is your first trip abroad, it is not very enjoyable. And things like fishing which we were advised was included was actually just a few broken rods to share amongst 50 people and needless to say noone caught anything on broken rods. Overall, enjoyable stay with family, accommodating staff and food good enough to put on a few extra kilos. I would recommend this hotel for families and less for couples.

Esperar por bebidas no restaurante principal é irreal. Os garçons estão divididos. Eles estão sumidos. Não há restaurante onde você pode comer das 14 ao jantar. Apenas bolos e waffles.Do lado positivo - quartos decentes, provavelmente precisando de reforma, mas muito espaço de armazenamento e excelente isolamento acústico. El hotel es bueno. Pero por el dinero podría ser mejor. La red barut es un signo de calidad. Pero esto no se trata de barut. concepto de Tui. Si alguna vez has estado en un barut, aquí es completamente diferente. La comida es dura. El servicio es estrecho. Just here for a week, and an on-site wedding. I definitely recommend this resort, it's very clean and well maintained, all the staff have been excellent, really friendly and if it can be done, they will do it. The wedding site is lovely and even all in just 6of us they were very attentive to the happy couple. The pool 16+side was very well staffed, clean and apart from an annoying crowd of English who should really be in a Spanish "English pub"in Benidorm it's very quiet. Plenty of food variety at the buffet. The entertainment isn't really my thing but it seemed to go down well with other guests so I'll give it the thumbs up. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious, I like a firm mattress so slept like a log. Lot's of plug points for charging gadgets, a small but important note I feel. The grounds and beach are very nice as well, all round a good relaxing week away Apenas aqui por uma semana, e um casamento no local. Definitivamente, recomendo este resort, é muito limpo e bem conservado, todos os funcionários foram excelentes, muito simpáticos e, se puder ser feito, eles o farão. O local do casamento é lindo e mesmo em apenas 6 de nós eles foram muito atenciosos com o casal feliz. Esteve aqui por 14 dias com a família. Não é um hotel ruim, não há animação infantil suficiente, exceto para pular em um trampolim, não há nada para as crianças fazerem. Definitivamente recomiendo este resort, está muy limpio y bien mantenido, todo el personal ha sido excelente, muy amable y si se puede hacer, lo harán. El sitio de la boda es encantador e incluso todos en solo 6 de nosotros estuvieron muy atentos a la feliz pareja. El lado de la piscina 16+ estaba muy bien atendido, limpio y, aparte de una molesta multitud de ingleses que realmente deberían estar en un "pub inglés" español en Benidorm, es muy tranquilo. Beautiful surroundings ,excellent staff especially ramazan at the pool bar and the bar staff always had our drinks ready without asking.Only let down was the entertainment at the theatre used to be fab tribute bands now lots of dancing groups.

Was lovely to return to our favourite place for our holidays. Once we got our room issue sorted our holiday began. Staff sorted this out the following day for us - thank you. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Special thanks Mehmit Ali in the Turkish restaurant. So attentative and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special on 2 occasions. Felt the entertainment wasn't quite as good as previous years however we enjoyed the new bar and the Latin singers/dancers.

This hotel surpassed all of our expectations! We haven't done an all inclusive package holiday in many years and to be honest we didn't expect it to be of great quality. How wrong we were: the standard was very high and it truly was all inclusive with only a few extras requiring payment (renting a cabana and some premium alcoholic drinks are the only ones I can think of).It is a beautifully maintained site and absolutely spotless everywhere. The food was excellent - I am a vegetarian and I was surprised by how much choice there was. Everything is clearly labelled to help with dietary requirements and allergies.The hotel caters brilliantly for children with regards to food, rooms, entertainment and pools. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily and we were really pleased with our 2 bed family room as it gave us a little privacy in the evening. The pool areas are great (clear areas for families and adults) and despite lots of people reserving sunbeds quite early on in the day there were always plenty for everyone. The hotel sits right on its own private bit of beach and there are lots of sunbeds there too. The staff were exceptionally helpful, warm and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was ok - a bit cheesy - but I guess it depends on what you like. We were pleased that the night entertainment finished at a civilised hour and the rooms were very quiet at night. Our only regret is that we didn't book a swim-up room as they looked great and well worth the extra money so if we return next year we will definitely rectify that! Como estávamos errados: o padrão era muito alto e realmente era tudo incluído, com apenas alguns extras exigindo pagamento (alugar uma cabana e algumas bebidas alcoólicas premium são as únicas em que consigo pensar).É um site muito bem mantido e absolutamente impecável em todos os lugares. A comida era excelente - eu sou vegetariano e fiquei surpreso com a quantidade de escolha que havia. Tudo é claramente rotulado para ajudar com necessidades alimentares e alergias. O hotel atende brilhantemente as crianças no que diz respeito à alimentação, quartos, entretenimento e piscinas. Os quartos são imaculados e limpos diariamente e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o nosso quarto familiar de 2 camas, pois nos deu um pouco de privacidade à noite. As áreas da piscina são ótimas (áreas claras para famílias e adultos) e, apesar de muitas pessoas reservarem espreguiçadeiras no início do dia, sempre havia muito para todos. O hotel fica na sua própria praia privada e há muitas espreguiçadeiras lá também. A equipe foi excepcionalmente útil, calorosa e amigável - nada era demais. O entretenimento foi ok - um pouco brega - mas acho que depende do que você gosta. Ficamos satisfeitos que o entretenimento noturno terminou em uma hora civilizada e os quartos eram muito tranquilos à noite. How wrong we were: the standard was very high and it truly was all inclusive with only a few extras requiring payment (renting a cabana and some premium alcoholic drinks are the only ones I can think of).It is a beautifully maintained site and absolutely spotless everywhere. The food was excellent - I am a vegetarian and I was surprised by how much choice there was. Everything is clearly labelled to help with dietary requirements and allergies.The hotel caters brilliantly for children with regards to food, rooms, entertainment and pools. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily and we were really pleased with our 2 bed family room as it gave us a little privacy in the evening. The pool areas are great (clear areas for families and adults) and despite lots of people reserving sunbeds quite early on in the day there were always plenty for everyone. The hotel sits right on its own private bit of beach and there are lots of sunbeds there too. The staff were exceptionally helpful, warm and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was ok - a bit cheesy - but I guess it depends on what you like. We were pleased that the night entertainment finished at a civilised hour and the rooms were very quiet at night. Our only regret is that we didn't book a swim-up room as they looked great and well worth the extra money so if we return next year we will definitely rectify that! ¡Este hotel superó todas nuestras expectativas! All of the staff were excellent, the pool drinks waiter (family pool) was a joy each day and Antonio in the Italian restaurant gave us the best meal of the holiday and got my girls to try everything! Our room was kept immaculate and choosing a swim up room was the best choice we made. Tam’ (Tamsin) the fitness instructor was just great and kept us on our toes (even if she was in fits of laughter at my unintentional Michael Jackson impression- I have no coordination) Sad to have to come home!

This is our second time staying here at this fabulous hotel.This hotel has to be the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at.Everyone went the extra mile to look after us.Memheteven remembered what drinks we drank last time we were there,he was so attentive!The staff at the Italian restaurant are warm and friendly. We had the same waiter as last time who is amazing and the manager too!The same in the Turkish restaurant, all the waiters and waitresses are truly amazing in particular Bavarand the managertoo.ilayda serving at the main bar in the hotel was helpful, along with the very hard working guy at the poolside bar, his name starts with Ram? Taner one of the hotel managers helped my husband with some work and was fantastically helpful.The beach staffin particular the man handing out towels are so friendly. The food in the main restaurant is truly 5 star, thereis so much choice, something for everyone. The Rooms are super clean and the hotel is immaculate throughout. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful too. We literally cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend to all for a truly memorable holiday. Lugar incrível, não posso recomendar o suficiente Eu fiquei uma semana com minha esposa na sala de piscina Deluxe Suite e é perfeito. Nada à esquerda pelo hotel e a equipe. Os jardins é imaculado, há uma abundância de piscinas para passar e muito flexível com apenas adultos seções e secções familiares também, e um pouco de ambos também. A comida é todo um polegares para mim, o restaurante buffet era muito espaçoso e tinha áreas diferentes para adultos / famílias. Praia particular foi adorável, com a equipe regularmente a pé para ajudá-lo a configurar e arrumar etc

Lindo resort. A equipe foi incrível e muito amigável. 2 semanas foram tão rápidas e eu não queria sair. Dentro do hotel há uma joalheria, um pequeno minimercado e uma loja de presentes (bolsas, camisetas e lembranças). Há um recurso de água dentro do hotel ao lado de um café. Um toque realmente agradável na última noite do seu hoilday eles fazem um BBQ partindo. Este é apenas por convite, para que nem todos do hotel possam atender apenas pessoas que partem no dia seguinte. Há música ao vivo no churrasco e também todas as noites no bar principal (show lounge) e no calçadão.

Very good hotel. One of the best I've been to and I've travelled. Food was really good and one particular waiter called mahmut ozkaya made our holiday experience here. Nothing was too much and he's was so helpful in looking after my family and I. Room are lovely and clean with a mini bar that's free and all rooms are overlooking the sea. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Cabanas come at a cost as do some restaurants. Alcohol is either fake or watered down. Impossible to get a hangover here. Other guests agreed!

Um grande nice, limpo praia com espreguiçadeiras a uma distância suficiente (se você fumar, não perturbe ninguém), um bom restaurante principal com deliciosa comida, um lobby bar com boa drinques e boa galera, maravilhoso música, shows de qualidade. Beautiful Resort. Staff were amazing and very friendly. 2 weeks went so fast and I didn't want to leave. Inside the hotel there is a Jewellery shop, a small mini market and a gift shop (Bags, T-shirts and souvenirs). There is a water water feature inside the hotel next to there coffee shop. A really nice touch on the last night of your hoilday they do a leaving BBQ. This is by invitation only so not everyone from the hotel can attend only people leaving the next day. There is live music at the BBQ and also every night in the main bar (show lounge) and the boardwalk.

Acabo de regresar de una semana lejos aquí, definitivamente quería quedarse más tiempo. Un lugar increíble, no puedo recomendar lo suficiente. Me alojé una semana con mi esposa en la habitación Deluxe Suite Pool y es perfecto. El hotel y el personal no dejan nada al azar. El terreno está inmaculado, hay muchas piscinas y muy acogedor, con secciones solo para adultos y familiares, y un poco de ambas también. La comida es todo un pulgar para mí, el restaurante buffet era muy espacioso y tenía diferentes áreas para adultos / familias. La playa privada era encantadora, con el personal que caminaba regularmente para ayudarte a configurar y ordenar, etc.

Just got back from a week away here, definitely wanted to stay longer. Amazing place, can't recommend it enough I stayed a week with my wife in the Deluxe Suite Pool room and it's perfect. Nothing left to chance by the hotel and the staff. The grounds is immaculate, there's plenty of pools to go by and very accommodating with adults only sections and family sections too, and a bit of both too. Food is all round a thumbs up for me, the buffet restaurant was very spacious and had different areas for adults/families. Private Beach was lovely, with staff regularly walking by to help you set up and tidy up etc
