As always, it was 5 star experience from beginning to end with service and food being the two most outstanding features of this exceptional hotel. There are always a couple of extra special members of the team that make our stay even better . This time it was Selcuk who looked after us in the dining room each day. Exceptional service , always so friendly , and incredibly hardworking . He really looked after us so perfectly Also , the warm and wonderful Sefer in the Buffet area. His big smile and enthusiasm each day was such a joy . He showed so much attention to customer care and when he was on the “cooked to order” pasta station he created the most exquisite sauce for my tortellini. ️ We will miss his lovely face each day greeting us and hope he will be there when we return next year. And a massive Thank you to the extraordinarily talented baker and sous chef kamil Doruk for his amazing world class daily bread selection. Wow ! What a special team of people the ever fabulous Barut Hotels have here . Thanks so much for everything.

This hotel ticks every box and the standards of satisfaction could not be higher! This hotel is not very big in area, which it is an advantage, as all facilities and the beach are so close and seamlessly interconnect. kudos to the hotel designer and architect. We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and the landscape. which trust is absolutely impeccable. All areas (rooms, restaurants, pool, beach, fitness hall, SPA) are very well kept; everything is sparking fresh and clean. Across the hotel you can find disinfectors and masks. What is impressive in this hotel among many others is the quality of personal service from reception to the beach, you feel like you are the most important VIP guest Our thanks and regards to the waiters in all the restaurants and the bars – no doubt, this is a team of professionals, who do their best to give you the best hotel experience ever and they do it with a smile and are happy to please. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, wow, THE BUFFET RESTAURANT, I could have had three plates as the choice of food was seriously TOP CLASS, THE CHEFS cook in front of you so its ultimately fresh, the choice was spot on, the fully stacked gym was part of daily regime to restrict the level of weight that was going to be a result of this serious test to my stomach and I have not mentioned the desserts, all yummy, especially the cheesecake. The swimming pool is huge and clean, the sauna, the steamroom and not forgetting the spa, the sunbeds are placed at a nice distance, so you can have some space. The beach – the best among the neighboring hotels. Security, lifeguard and the beachboys are always there, helping you with umbrellas, cleaning tables and sunbeds for every new guest, serving drinks. Fitness area – big, clean & well equipped for any type of workout. Every moment of our stay at Accanthus was excellent. A big thanks to our room cleaner Hatice, excellent customer relations Ceren, our lovely dinner host Seray ( who helped me learn some Turkish words,) Mustafa Gul who never let my sparking Rosa wine glass go too low, the two very flexible Yoga ladies ( sorry didn't take your names) and many many others , you are all a credit to your lovely hotel. Thanks a lovely wedding anniversary trip, I am planning a return visit same time next year, We will recommend you at every opportunity and we will definitely come back.

Wonderful place. Exceptional service. All staff is fluent in German and English. Minimalistic design, tidy rooms and extremely green and soft lawns. Special thanks to guest relations managers Irina and Yuliya who helped a lot with making our stay more comfortable in rainy days and Yasmin from kids club - our children were counting hours to play there with her! Upon request hotel provides kids cosmetics and kids-size gowns. The only room for improvement - may be a bigger kids zone although it is probably not supposed to be in the conception of this hotel. Definitely will recommend and wish to come back.

This is the third time staying here the last time being in June and it keeps getting better every time. There are no words to describe this place it is heaven on Earth. The food is perfection you will not eat better, from the restaurants to the buffet it caters to all needs. The drinks are the widest selection I have ever seen the branded drinks are everywhere. The rooms are amazing we have stayed in a penthouse hot tub room and twice “basic room” and there is nothing basic about it, it is pure luxury. The staff always have a smile on their face and are always wanting to impress. The entertainment is very good and always a variety. The location is right on the beach and right next to Side only a 10 minute walk away along the beach. We couldn’t be happier, we have a 5 year old daughter and although there isn’t a great deal for her to do like other family hotels she has never been bored once. We will be back again very soon to our favourite place.

There are few places over the years that we tend to revisit as often it’s just not as good on the 2nd time. However we’ve just returned from from our 3rd stay at Acanthus & Cennet Barut Side! Every aspect of our stay was just lovely . The quality of the food and drink was outstanding, the comfort and cleanliness every where could not be faulted but above all the attitude of the staff in every part of the hotel was delightful. Everyone always greeted you with a smile,whether it was in the bars and restaurants, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the gardeners , beach lifeguards etc. I was left with the firm impression that everyone took a pride in what they were doing. So good to see such impeccable standards being consistently maintained.

Melhor hotel que eu já fiquei. Custo benefício excelente. As acomodações são amplas, a roupa de cama é ótima e o colchão também. O atendimento é impecável, todos do faxineiro à gerência são absolutamente amáveis e altamente treinados, a maioria deles fala alemão e inglês. Os restaurantes são uma surpresa a parte a comida, a variedade a quantidade a qualidade a apresentação é algo sublime, sem comparações. A área de lazer é ampla com shows, música ambiente,bares,piscina interna e externa, spa, cantinhos onde você pode simplesmente relaxar e ler ou dormir em paz. Pé na areia e o hotel também conta com acomodações na praia. A decoração é charmosa e conseguiu trazer para dentro do hotel as cores do mar e a paisagem exuberante. Tudo all inclusive.

Este hotel vale cada centavo que você gasta lá para suas férias. A equipe é muito simpática e fala alemão muito bem. Os quartos são muito limpos e a comida é excelente. (Os pratos direto da grelha são particularmente deliciosos!) Toda a instalação também está muito bem conservada. Com certeza ficarei neste hotel novamente nas minhas próximas férias.

Foi uma experiência de férias que atendeu a todas as nossas expectativas, se eu fosse mencionar alguns itens; Nunca mencionámos a distinção entre turistas nacionais e estrangeiros, situação que frequentemente nos deparamos noutros hotéis. Este hotel vale cada centavo que gastas allí para tus vacaciones. El personal es muy amable y habla muy bien alemán. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y la comida es excelente. (¡Los platos directamente de la parrilla son particularmente deliciosos!) Toda la instalación también está muy bien cuidada. As opções de comida são muitas, os níveis de sabor são muito altos. Como fica em Side, é muito bom que o mar seja de areia. Estar na trilha de caminhada na praia oferece fácil acesso ao exterior do hotel. O hotel é novo e muito limpo. Embora a entrada para os edifícios fechados com ar condicionado após a piscina ou mar o tire do modo de férias à beira-mar e o coloque no modo de hotel da cidade, a qualidade do serviço em geral é muito alta. A ausência de um parque aquático limita as áreas de entretenimento de crianças um pouco mais velhas se você não estiver de férias com crianças pequenas ou bebês. O facto de a área total ser relativamente pequena faz com que esteja longe de ser o local mais adequado para umas férias com crianças com idade superior a 0-6 anos. É muito valioso que os funcionários usem uma resposta padrão e a atitude amigável e positiva do pessoal de serviço às solicitações. Eles oferecem serviço dando a sensação de ser um hóspede. Ficamos lá por 8 dias e foi fantástico, tudo estava muito limpo, os quartos eram muito modernos, o ar condicionado era muito silencioso. A praia com espreguiçadeiras de madeira, incluindo toalhas, era muito agradável, os funcionários do hotel na praia eram muito atenciosos. Aunque la entrada a los edificios cerrados con aire acondicionado después de la piscina o el mar lo saca del modo de vacaciones junto al mar y lo pone en el modo de hotel de ciudad, la calidad del servicio en general es muy alta. La ausencia de un parque acuático limita las zonas de ocio de los niños un poco mayores si no estás de vacaciones con niños pequeños o bebés. El hecho de que la superficie total sea relativamente pequeña hace que esté lejos de ser el lugar más adecuado para unas vacaciones con niños de entre 0 y 6 años. Es muy valioso que los empleados utilicen una respuesta estándar y la actitud amable y positiva del personal de servicio a las solicitudes. Ofrecen servicio dando la sensación de ser un invitado. Le deseo un éxito continuo.

Estuvimos allí 8 días y fue fantástico, todo estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran muy modernas, el aire acondicionado era muy silencioso. La playa con tumbonas de madera, toallas incluidas, era muy bonita, el personal del hotel en la playa muy atento. La comida también fue excelente y el personal fue muy amable en todas partes, nos encantaría volver. El hotel es 100% recomendable.

Too LOUD!!!!The late night show is extremely and unnecessarily loud.It’s definitely not a good place for your ears, it’s unsafe for anyone’s hearing especially young children. Not to mention it goes until almost midnight on weekends, and babies cannot sleep till then. We complained but were told that there was nothing they could do.It’s located in a sketchy area too, so basically you can only stay in the hotel. I give it 2 stars only because everything else was ok…it’s a pity the show has to be soloud. I’d change the person in charge of the entertainment if i were the owner. There are only a small number of people who see the show and the vast majority of guests are in their rooms suffering from the noise. Do not recommend!

A great hotel and a great all inclusive. Top notch ingredients and upper shelve booze in the drinks. The buffet (Wich can get a bit boring if we're honest) changes every day. A wonderful location and the rooms are first class. The staff are extremely friendly and professional enough to keep a distance.

Just returned from my second visit to this resort with my other half and would not hesitate to rebook. Understandably, the competition is stiff in Turkey, and although I’ve always had incredible holidays in Antalya, this hotel hits different. Everything is well thought out and the staff work incredibly hard to ensure your stay is memorable. The hotel grounds are immaculate and every facility is maintained regularly. You will always see someone working on some area of the resort, whether is watering the grass or wiping down skirting boards. The list of things I love about this hotel are endless from the food to the taxi wheel barrow that services the beach loungers regularly. I would recommend the beach over the pool. Ali will gladly walk you to your lounger and set you up there. And the battle for beds by the beach is unnoticeable. I did notice some early risers at 7am reserving beds by the pool at the beginning but this died down as the days went by.Great selection of food at buffet and A la Carte. There is now a small vegan selection at every meal and as a vegetarian I took full advantage since I’m not a fan of dairy. My partner took advantage of the extensive selection of meats and seafood on offer and for the first time I never got bored of eating salads everyday.The patisserie is a nice touch when you want a quick snack and is even open til 10pm. Plenty of hot and cold beverages and small delights to choose from! Also offer fresh juices on tap or bottled for you to take away.The daily fruit cart on the grass was an added bonus and we fully took advantage. I can’t remember the last time I’d eaten so much fruit in 10 days.Also took advantage of the gym regularly and was pleasantly surprised the staff on duty remembered us from two years ago! Decent equipment, obviously Technogym with enough to not interrupt my training program. Also used the spa both trips and both times we were the only guests there! We did have massages on the first trip but were not so impressed so opted out this time. I would recommend a local Hammam for some relaxation.The only hiccup was that I did find used chopsticks in my room once I checked in but was willing to overlook this. Housekeeping did a great job generally and also had fresh fruit delivered to room twice. Beds were extremely comfortable and a pillow menu is very generous.I would recommend this if you’re after a quieter resort as a family or couple. I could have done with a few more days but perhaps next time!Only downside is over an hour from the airport but worth the extra mileage!Thanks to everyone at Barut for another incredible stay!

Foram umas férias fantásticas num lindo hotel, dá para perceber que tudo foi feito com amor, adoramos a comida, o design de interiores e o staff e adoraríamos voltar. Eu só tenho uma pequena crítica construtiva sobre a balança para pesar a mala, seria bom se você pudesse colocar a mala no chão e não precisasse levantar a mala para pesá-la. .... Fueron unas vacaciones fantásticas en un hermoso hotel, se nota que todo fue hecho con amor, nos encantó la comida, el diseño interior y el personal y nos encantaría volver. Solo tengo una pequeña crítica constructiva a la báscula para pesar la maleta, estaría bien que pudieras dejar la maleta en el suelo y no tener que levantarla tú mismo para pesarla. .... Todo lo demás fue perfecto. saludos al equipo

Acanthus & Cennet exceeded our every expectation. The staff were consistently friendly yet professional. Rooms and facilities were flawless. Food and drinks were exceptional and always accessible. We particularly enjoyed the à la carte restaurants which were all included and had great choices. We’d love to return in the future.

We stayed here July 2019 you may ask why I am writing a review nearly 3 years later, well having stayed at several (some even more expensive) all inclusive hotels nothing has come close to the overall experience of this place! Everything was absolute perfection from the staff helping and smiling in every way, to the food which was top class restaurant quality every bite (even the buffet) I cannot sing their praises any higher that’s why we have rebooked to go start of June! The first time every we have stayed at a hotel twice so that says a thousand words. See you soon!
