Our family had a lovely time at this hotel. We had a lovely mountain view from our room. Everything was free including ice creams, cocktails, slush puppies, snacks after breakfast, etc. There was entertainment everynight however it was focussed towards Turkish and Russian tourists, we did enjoy the singing and dancing nights though. The turkish night was great, my son even had a ride on a camel (but at a price!).The staff were friendly and hard working however their English is very limited but we got by using google translate. Vidat (reception) and Samit were very kind and helpful. It is better to speak to staff face to face in english, otherwise you may be cut off on the phone if the person's English is poor. There was a large variety of food however, the labelling of the food could be improved, some of which were incorrect at times. I would think twice about the hotel if you have specific dietary requirements as there is no way knowing the ingredients. They do not cater for gluten free individuals, even though we had requested this in advance. We do not eat beef or pork however it was not possible to tell what type of meat were in the dishes at times as most were labelled 'meat'. When we asked we often were told the incorrect meat due to the language barrier. Lentils one night even had pieces of pork. Be careful of the prices of the tours and taxis which are recommended by the hotel. We realised that the bus TA08, which can be taken just outside the hotel was so much cheaper although the journey was a bit longer (the regular bus cannot access the teleferik). We were not able to visit all that we had planned as the hotel is very far from many of the attractions and was also very expensive. You need to haggle all the time as prices are massively hiked up for tourists for absolutely everything everywhere you go in Antalya. Always ask to pay in turkish lira, it works out cheaper. We enjoyed the holiday especially because the staff tried their very best to please.

Bad experience:
- You must know Turkish or Russian to communicate with almost all the staff except the reception: you ask for a snack the answer in Turkish/Russian. You ask for a coffee you get feedback in russian ... !!
- You must wait until waiters finish their discussion
- you ask for a coffee and the waiter asks you back for a cigarette. !!
- Food quality : 5/20
- Beach access : 5/20
- Animation : Russian is a must 7/20
- kids Animation 0/20
- 3 stars hotel

The absolute worst. The food is disgusting if you would call it food. Good for the price maybe but the people are 99 percent Russian and the hotel staff dont know turkish or english. The rooms are not clean so are the toilets and you can hear your neighbors' snoring everywhere. The pool is infected and cold. They have bad quality choices for everything literally. What a load of rubbish

We've been there for 1 week from 17-23 July, we was 3 adults. Because we came in early morning we asked to be accommodated in a room, it was in main building, not prepared for 3 adults but it had a very charming view on mountains, After a day we was accommodated in a comfortable room in An ex, it was much better! So, service was good, hotel also, it is very green having a lot of trees. Food: very delicious, was impressed of Turkish night, also i was impressed to eat sushi rolls. We have been several times at pool and at "aquapark" and we can say that it is quite good. They put a lot of effort and attention on cleaning and it is very important for a hotel which has so many visitors. The way to sea was a pleasure, we was walking 5-7 minutes to the sea breathing air. When you are tired you can use free shuttle service to sea. The only minus was the loud music ( our room was near "stage" ). We are waiting for the next summer to return at Armas Kaplan or to choose another Arma's hotel. Not at least, a big plus is that you can go away for a evening walk in Tekirova that is 5-10 minutes walk
