Me alegro haber elegido este hotel como hotel de tránsito al llegar a Chile. Me sentí cómoda, el personal fue muy amable y la comida era rica. Además las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien iluminadas durante el día. Así que sí lo recomiendo 😄👍🏻 Pd: nomás el baño era algo pequeño y la coladera de la tina se tapaba regularmente.

When you book a room here you have to accept that you will stay in a place that seriously need renovation. I also had a bad experience when I complained about the air con in the room not working. I was told that they dont have modern air-conditioners. They did send somebody who removed one of the knobs on the machine and put it into the empty hole (no knob!) of the temperature setting and turned the temperature setting down. Then it all worked fine. However, I really despise the treatment that I got from reception about this issue. The breakfast was very basic and I was called at 7am to confirm what I would like to eat. This was after the previous night when I was told that I could have breakfast at any time that I wanted. On the positive side, the rooms are very big and the price that I paid through hotels.com for the place was incredibly cheap. So if you are willing to look past some things but want a place with an excellent location, I would still suggest that you book here.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização para poder ir a vários lugares a pé. Porém a estrutura do hotel não é nada boa. O chuveiro até se conseguir fazer ter água quente demora e qdo vem quente é escaldante. Se for regular com a fria, perde a água quente. O café da manhã é muito fraco, não há café passado, só solúvel em sachê. O prato de frios, se chegar mais tarde já não tem mais, além do horário que abre em domingo (8h30) muito tarde para quem vai nos passeios. O hotel não dispõe de água para comprar, tem que buscar fora.

O hotel é o famoso custo benefício, não é nem ótimo e nem péssimo. Quartos razoáveis, tem televisões com canais básicos e alguns diferenciais, todos os quartos tem uma banheira pequena e aconchegante, quartos muito altos a água quente não chega o que é péssimo. O café da manhã só tem no máximo duas opções diferentes e o café também não é lá muita grande coisa.

Hotel como todo é horrível. Não tem serviço de quarto, não vende se quer aguá e nem tem para oferecer para os hospedes. Ar-condicionado quebrado, sem manutenção, cortinas, cobertores e roupas de cama bem empoeiradas, quartos sem iluminação adequadas. Banheiro, sem iluminação, o quarto tinha banheira e você tinha que tomar banho em pé e não tinha um tapete para isso piso muito escorregadio, as toalhas trocavam por toalhas sujas, não tinha reposição nem mesmo do papel higiênico, o chuveiro não saia aguá direito, tinha um casal que nos relatou que nem tinha aguá quente no quarto. Café da manhã horrível, só tinha pão queijo e presunto. Atendimento pior de todos, os funcionários não faz questão nenhuma em atender os hospedes, pelo menos os brasileiros. Se você está pensando em ir para esse hotel desista não faça isso na sua vida.

The hotel is simple, clean and have a very good location. The problem is that in the room that my family stayed we could listen everything about the others rooms, since TV until the couple having sex, the WiFi was terrible and taking a shower was difficult because while the water was hot, a cold water come suddenly.

A great hidden gem of a hotel on the heart of Santiago. We had a nice big room overlooking San Lucia Park. Nice deck and good breakfast included in our stay each morning. Close to lots of restaurants and shops and subway stops.

If location and price are top priorities above comfort and amenities Hotel Windsor fits the bill. Stayed in the 5 bed “suite” for 3 nights. In reality it was a one bedroom with many beds crammed in a dormitory fashion, we could not even fully open the door without banging a bed post. It seemed they only had single bed sheets so none of the double beds were fully wrapped. Room also lacked a garbage can or mirror outside of the bathroom, also had an interesting touch with ceiling trimmings made out of styrofoam. Night staff had little interest in conversation and there was a strange summer camp vibe in the lobby with over 15 children running around in the lobby all day.
