I wanted to make a reservation and the attention (02/07/22 at 09:15 am) is terrible. They don't have trained staff. I was attended by a foreigner who did not know the values and the worst thing was that she told me that they only work until 9:00 p.m. APPALLING!

Good hotel for a weekend stay

From the street it is difficult to identify, especially for tourists and foreigners. Small apartments but with the essentials. It has parking available for passengers and continental breakfast to the room. The breakfast is poor. Friendly and close attention. Only 1 elevator and it is old. Well located with many nearby restaurants and access to public transportation and the metro within walking distance. Accept all means of payment.

It's a good hotel, we chose it for years for our short trips in Santiago, it needs remodeling, nothing has changed since the first time I came, something very important ... it has spacious parking

With the renovations there are good and nice rooms, but they are sloppy in the toilet, in passenger service. Some receptionists are friendly but others are not, as are the maids.
